About
Our Practice
I
I work in an integrative way, which means I draw on different therapeutic approaches rather than following a one-size-fits-all model. More importantly, I want to understand you, your story and what has brought you to therapy.
The first one or two sessions are usually about getting to know each other, hearing your story and asking questions to build a picture of what is going on for you. From there, we can begin to understand what you want from therapy, how we might work together and whether I feel like the right therapist for you.
Our work might be short-term and focused on something specific, or longer-term if you want to explore things more deeply. I work at your pace, with curiosity and without judgement, and I believe the relationship we build together is an important part of the process.
I work with adults experiencing a wide range of concerns, including anxiety, depression, grief, life transitions, relationship difficulties and workplace stress. I also have particular experience working with people navigating late-discovered neurodivergence and chronic conditions such as endometriosis, PCOS and PMDD.
Ultimately, therapy is a space to better understand yourself, question what may no longer fit, and explore what might feel different.
Lisa Topf is a dedicated integrative therapist offering a safe, person-centred space for adults to heal and thrive. With a warm and professional focus on neurodivergence and chronic health, I provide tailored support to help you navigate life's complexities with new understanding and self-compassion.

Mission
I believe meaningful change begins with self-understanding. By exploring your unique neurodivergent or health journey with honesty and compassion, we skip the idea of fixing what is wrong to discover what is true and how to live more authentically.
